Here at Hibbah’s Accountancy Service , we provide excellent services to our clients. In order for us to do so, we have a very talented team of proactive, helpful and qualified staff. We are comitted to ensuring that our team receive the best possible training and enjoy their time working for us. Although we have a very low staff-turnover, we do welcome you to send your CV through to us for any potential future vacancies. If we have any specific current vacancies, we will outline the job title and requirements in the section below:

Full-time, Permanent

Role and Duties:

  • Respond to inbound client queries via telephone/email and using Zoom/Teams.

  • Provide proactive outbound advice to clients (both new and existing).

  • Produce marketing material with external partners and other service providers.

  • Assist in maintaining partner relationships via organising events and managing network groups.

  • Ensure that all databases and systems are accurate and complete.

  • Demonstrating and applying commercial acumen.

  • Collaborate with the team in a positive manner.

  • Previous experience in Accountancy is not essential as full training will be provided.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • A background in direct sales and customer service.

  • Confident, professional, and friendly so customer relationships are of the highest quality.

  • Excellent telephone and writing skills.

  • Motivated to achieve targets and interested in helping customers expand & improve their business.

  • Organised with proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent multi-tasking ability.

  • Works well in a team as well as independently.

  • Computer literacy, with experience of all Microsoft Office packages.

  • Ability to speak other foreign languages.

  • Organised with proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to speak other foreign languages.

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration is required for this role.

  • Manage the customer complaint procedure, track all complaint and arrange responses to address them

Full-time, Permanent

Role and Duties:

  • Financial Record Maintenance on monthly basis of various clients

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Preparation of VAT Returns and submission to HMRC

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Payroll Processing

  • Preparation of Management Accounts

  • HMRC Compliance

  • Liaising with clients to resolve questions on bookkeeping

  • Other ad hoc duties as required by this role

  • Previous experience in Accountancy is Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Experience using Xero/QuickBooks and Dext

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of accounting processes ideally within an Accountancy Practice

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multi task

  • Be highly efficient and organised

  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Ability to speak other foreign languages

  • Perform tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner
